The POLREC project is a collaborative project between the 4 European clusters and a technological centre: Polymeris (coordinator), CENTIMFE, Cluster Mav, PCD/DMN and WFG. It started on the 1st of September 2022 and will end on the 31rst of August 2025. It is funded by the European Commission Joint Cluster initiatives for Europe’s recovery (Euroclusters) under the Single Market Programme (SMP COSME).

It focuses on sustainable development and recycling of high and low value polymers as a contribution to the objectives of the European Green Deal aiming at zero CO2 emissions in 2050 and to increase the European strategic autonomy on raw materials for polymer production.

During the project period of 3 years the consortium will explore how an intensified cluster and business network collaboration across borders and across sectors can meet this challenge and exploit the international business opportunities related to this topic.

With this online networking event we want to raise awareness about the Internationalisation funding call which will start in March 2024, where SME’s are given the opportunity to apply for funding of attendance of several European trade fairs and events and the delegation to join one week in Canada. The networking events are there to share knowledge and exchange with possible cooperation partners in a quick and easy way through 15 min. matchmaking sessions.

Wir möchten die im März 2024 beginnende Ausschreibung zur Förderung der Internationalisierung vorstellen, bei der KMU’s vor allem aus der Kunststoff-, Gummi-, Verbundwerkstoffindustrie und Recycling, die Möglichkeit haben, sich für die Finanzierung der Teilnahme an verschiedenen europäischen Messen und Veranstaltungen sowie für eine einwöchige Delegationsreise nach Kanada zu bewerben.

Die Networking-Veranstaltungen dienen dazu, Wissen zu teilen und sich mit möglichen Kooperationspartnern in 15-minütigen Matchmaking-Sitzungen schnell und einfach auszutauschen.

Das Projekt POLREC ist ein Kooperationsprojekt zwischen 4 europäischen Clustern und einem Technologiezentrum:  Polymeris (Koordinator), CENTIMFE, Cluster Mav, PCD/DMN und WFG. Es begann am 1. September 2022 und wird am 31. August 2025 enden. Es wird von der Europäischen Kommission im Rahmen des Binnenmarktprogramms (SMP COSME) durch gemeinsame Clusterinitiativen für die Erholung Europas (Eurocluster) finanziert.

Es konzentriert sich auf die nachhaltige Entwicklung und das Recycling von hochwertigen und minderwertigen Polymeren als Beitrag zu den Zielen des europäischen Green Deals, der auf null CO2-Emissionen im Jahr 2050 abzielt, und zur Erhöhung der strategischen Autonomie Europas bei Rohstoffen für die Polymerproduktion.

📢 Attention, companies! POLREC project launches the first open call for #internationalisation! 🚀 ♻️ The objective is to support SMEs by financing the attendance to networking actions and an international matchmaking mission on Polymer-recycling solutions in Canada.

👉🏽 Each company can obtain up to 1500 euros for attendance to networking actions and 3600 euros to be part of the mission to Canada. 📆 Applications can be presented from March 22nd to May 22nd.
