    POLREC: International Networking!

It started on the 1st of September 2022 and will end on the 31rst of August 2025. It is funded by the European Commission...

    The POLREC project is a collaborative project between the 4 European clusters and a technological centre:  Polymeris (coordinator), CENTIMFE, Cluster Mav, PCD/DMN and WFG. It started on the 1st of September 2022 and will end on the 31rst of August 2025. It is funded by the European Commission Joint Cluster initiatives for Europe’s recovery (Euroclusters) under the Single Market Programme (SMP COSME).

    It focuses on sustainable development and recycling of high and low value polymers as a contribution to the objectives of the European Green Deal aiming at zero CO2 emissions in 2050 and to increase the European strategic autonomy on raw materials for polymer production.

    During the project period of 3 years the consortium will explore how an intensified cluster and business network collaboration across borders and across sectors can meet this challenge and exploit the inter­national business opportunities related to this topic.

    Outcome of the Critical Success Factors (CSF) analysis in the Automotive industry

    183 member companies from Czech Republic, Germany, Italy, Serbia and Spain participated in the online questionnaire and/or the interview as part of the Critical Success Factors (CSF) analysis led by the EVOLUTE project of six leading industry clusters in Europe.

    Outcome of the Critical Success Factors (CSF) analysis in the Automotive industry

    183 member companies from Czech Republic, Germany, Italy, Serbia and Spain participated in the online questionnaire and/or the interview as part of the Critical Success Factors (CSF) analysis led by the EVOLUTE project of six leading industry clusters in Europe.

    With their support we were able to identify those Critical Success Factors to answer fundamental strategic questions. You can find the outcome of the analysis anonymized and in an aggregated form in the file section (Folder: Cluster Performance Analysis) and attached.

    This will support you in gaining insight into the Critical Success Factors of the local industry as well as on a European level for clusters in Czech Republic, Germany, Italy, Serbia and Spain. In the EVOLUTE project this analysis is the basis for the development and offering of new services to the member companies of all clusters. We thank you for your support!     Das Webinar "Striving for Clusters Management Excellence" konzentriert sich auf das Peer-to-Peer-Lernen darüber, wie Cluster ihr Managementsystem bewerten und sich für das entsprechende europäische Cluster-Labeling-Verfahren bewerben können.
    Cluster spielen eine wichtige Rolle bei der Unterstützung von Unternehmen, die vor großen Herausforderungen stehen, indem sie ihre Strategien an aktuelle Trends anpassen und anspruchsvolle Dienstleistungen anbieten. Gleichzeitig sind die Cluster auch aufgefordert, ihr eigenes Management weiterzuentwickeln, um die höchstmögliche Qualität zu erreichen.

    Zur Strategieentwicklung halte ich nächste Woche einen internen Workshop mit europäischen Partnern. Ich denke bereits durch kleine Impulse wie Brainstorming zu neuen Ideen und Services kann hier ein großer Schritt getan werden. Fragen wie gibt es neue Absatzmärkte, gibt es neue Beschaffungsmöglichkeiten etc. können hier betrachtet werden. Auch das große Bild zu Werten und Visionen sollten nicht unterschätzt werden. Welche Erfahrungen gibt es hier?
